Direct Replacement Warranty
- At Unique Floors & Lights, we stand behind the quality of our products. Should a product fail within its warranty period, we will provide a brand-new replacement, ensuring minimal downtime and complete peace of mind.
Hexagon Lighting Kits & Fixtures: Backed by a 2-year warranty for both residential and commercial installations.
Modular Garage Floor Tiles: Covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects and faults.
This warranty covers manufacturing faults and defects only. It does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modifications, or normal wear and tear.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you experience an issue and believe your product is covered under warranty:

Include your invoice/order number, a brief description of the fault, and supporting photos or a short video.
Once confirmed, return the defective product to our office or original point of purchase.
After inspection, if the product is found to be defective under warranty terms, a replacement product will be issued.
Recommended Application
Lighting – Recommended daily usage: up to 8 hours for residential and up to 16 hours for commercial.
Floor Tiles – Suitable for garages, workshops, and display areas. Excessive use outside intended applications (e.g., heavy machinery exceeding load ratings) may void the warranty.

If products are used outside the recommended applications or installation guidelines, the warranty may be void. For any special usage requirements, please contact us before purchase.

At Unique Floors & Lights, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you experience an issue with your order, our returns policy is designed to make the process simple.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange either a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Proof of purchase and photos/video of the fault will be required to process your claim.
Warranty-Related Returns

Non-Returnable Items
Custom or special-order items.
Products that have been installed, altered, or used outside their intended purpose.
How to Start a Return

- We’ll confirm next steps and provide the return address.
- Once the product is received and inspected, your refund/replacement will be processed.

- We are not liable for damage or faults arising from incorrect installation, misuse, modifications, or use outside recommended applications.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our liability is limited to either:
re-supply of the Products; or
the cost of re-supplying the Products.

Processing Times

- You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Times
- Perth Metro: 2–4 business days
- WA Regional: 3–7 business days
- Interstate (NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, TAS, NT): 5–10 business days

Shipping Costs
- We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders.

Oversized or Bulk Orders
Large orders (e.g. multiple floor tile packs or lighting kits) may require pallet shipping. We will contact you directly if special arrangements are needed.
Missed Deliveries & Address Errors
- Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated missed delivery, re-delivery costs will be charged.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can arrange a replacement.
If your parcel is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
